The Gospels Of Jesus
Who really killed Jesus? The Romans? The Jews? No. Nobody took the life of Jesus. He gave it for all of us!
Jesus could have easily performed a miracle and escaped from the eventual death. But he did not. Why not?
First, we have to honestly look at ourselves. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The ultimate punishment for sin is death. It is death both physically and spiritually.
Spiritual death refers to the separation between man and God forever. You may have emptiness deep inside your heart longing for a connection high above. To fill that emptiness and gaping void, Jesus died on the cross and today is willing to wash your sins.
The penalty for sin is death and eternal separation from the Creator. We are all guilty of wallowing in sins ever since we are born into this world. To save us from eternal damnation we all deserved in the first place, Jesus had to come from heaven and be born as one of us.
Jesus took the painful punishment and death in our stead so that true relationship with God and man can start to flourish once again.
Because of His great love, He died in our place!

I agree. Nobody could actually took the life of the Creator…at the end it was freely given for all of us…as the greatest sacrifice ever for the redemption of humanity.
Just like salvation, the life of the Saviour was and still is offered to all of us freely. After that, we have to do our responsibility…with great gifts come great responsibilities…it is part of the build-up of the Godly character within all of us…
